I believe in the power of prayer. I pray for help always, and help arrives. I'm battling severe Osteoarthritis, all over my body, to the point it is causing me to not want to get up and go. Well, that is not an option, and not what I truly want. I want to move, so I prayed, for God to show me a way, and in the same day The Stretch Mobility Coach popped up on my Fed on Facebook. It could be due to my looking into red light therapy for my thinning hair, and where small patches of hair have fallen out, possibly due to having so many surgeries. I have been getting stiffer and stiffer in my low back and hips for years. Stretch Mobility coach has really helped me get my mobility back. I'm in a lot less pain, I feel like I can move better. Your time here is very well spent
I've been seeing the team for about two months now, suffering from a severe herniated disc and hip pain. After one visit the pain improved and it continues to improve with each visit. The team is knowledgeable and gives one on one specialized advice and training. Very professional and worth every penny.
