I have been going to Stretch for years now. I am on a monthly maintenance plan which has helped me activate parts of my body that locked down a long time ago. I've been pain free for so long, thanks to the team at Stretch! I finally added exercising back into my routine and it's been such a smooth process thanks to Kim!
