I would NOT recommend this company by any means! They are not professional! Contacted them a few years back for a roof leak. Was advised did not need a repair but in fact needed to replace the entire roof. Did so. Within 1yr had a wet spot in the exact same location as before. Called, was advised I'd receive a return call within 24-48hrs. No call received. From the last storm, roof has now began leaking inside the house. Have been calling for 2wks and being told each call I'd receive a callback within 24-48hrs. No callback in 2wks! Not to mention I purchased a GAF Warranty through them as well. Jonathan with Roofing Annex was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, quick response times, and helped guide us through the insurance claim process with wind/hail damage. It was a pleasure to have someone care about their job and care about the customers experience. Will be recommending him to any friends that need a roof in the future. THANK YOU!
