Really happy with the service Brandon and his crew from Rite Rug provided via our builder. Communication was clear through the entire process as they worked with an outside floor leveling contractor to ensure that everything was done properly to ensure maximum lifespan of the material. The overall installation looks great, and we appreciate that Rite Rig did not rush just to get the job completed and instead insisted on taking the time to do things right.

Unorganized. Quality work is great but material not to sure about when it comes to the carpeting. Scheduling is outrageous however, Covid did play a roll in that. Communication is not the greatest. I have carpeting that is starting to buckle or get loose at the seam which is almost in the middle of the room. Really? Not very happy and still trying to get results on this issue. Been 3 weeks now with no response back after telling me they would have someone come and look.
