The building itself is lovely and inviting, and the staff are great. The drink bar is much appreciated and overall the feel is light, airy, and comfortable. I haven’t been happy with the a stylist since we moved here 8 years ago. So much so that I was driving back to my old stylist in Indiana. I am thrilled Karis was able to turn that around and I am now a loyal customer!

Mitchell's has a luxury feel to it from the moment you walk in. I appreciate the calm atmosphere and attention to details, such as having a drink machine so you can make a coffee, get water, pop, etc. Bethany always does a fantastic job on my hair and really listens to what I want! I'm a loyal customer!

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was wonderful! It was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The therapists were very professional and tailored the massage to what we each wanted. Tim did my massage and he was great! We then both had pedicures, my husband did not have any complaints and the lady he was with was very friendly and personable. The lady I had never said hi or attempted to carry on any conversation. The first time I heard her voice was when she said, "do you want me to cut or file."
