This was my first time of being seen at MidWest Eye Center, West Chester and I must say that I have never in my life had an eye exam that was so thorough. The staff was very nice and professional from the front office to the back office. Crystal (performed all of the tests) was phenomenal in explaining the process, performing the testing, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Kies looked over the tests and went over them with me. I received a clean bill of eye health ??. Dr. Kies stated I didn't need to be seen by him again for 2 years. I will definitely be back for my 2 year check up. Thank you MidWest Eye Center, West Chester for the pleasant experience.

I felt very comfortable with my eye exam and the doctor found that I had dry eye and gave me medication. She feels. I’ll be able to see better. I appreciate her, taking such good care of me.
