The highlight was the additional questions and suggestions for the little details that were never mentioned with previous quotes. She provided a comprehensive package for a competitive price. From A to Z our experience with McSwain carpet was fantastic! Alexandra is super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a great communicator. Justin and Eric did our three room, and difficult walk-in closet, carpet installation and it is perfect! They are professional, friendly, and work non-stop. Very impressive!
