I recently had a small issue with my service but I deleted the review because 1 incident doesn’t give a fair review. I have been going to this salon for two years and went back today and they went above and beyond what the had to do to try and make my one bad experience better and they did just that. It reminded me of why I love going here and would recommend them to everyone. Any place can have a bad day but it’s not a reflection on them forever. If you are looking for a salon who cares about their customers being happy with their service then this is the salon for you. They have a customer for life . amazing service however my gel nail polish chipped instantly and I have been fighting with the notion of going back or finding somewhere else to go.. I want my moneys worth to last and it makes me sad because I thought I found a nail shop perfect for me.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I love this salon. And especially Katie.. she is awesome. She really knows what she’s doing. She takes her time (that’s why I love her) and does it right.. you need to try this salon out. You won’t be disappointed
