Huge workout area and the staff is really friendly, this location has a track to run on & different equipment that makes this location one of me and my swolemate favorites around the Cincinnati area, two thumbs up ??

The gym is located conveniently of the i75, Union Centre exit. It features 2 levels. Most of the cardio equipment is on the 2nd floor along with the indoor track. A great view of West Chester`s retail area is a plus. This location is one of the "converted clubs" and smaller than your typical LA fitness facility. The basketball court is smaller in size and has no separate door. The ball is constantly ending up in the main section of the gym and players have to run and catch it. The pool is smaller in size and has no hot tub. The distance between equipment is very narrow and may be uncomfortable for some visitors. A huge variety of equipment is provided, but some of it is dated Weights are chipped. Group classrooms are very nice. One of the cardio rooms features a movie theatre !!! Overall location is clean and no trash was observed. Only 4 mirrors for the entire first floor. So if you are one of those guys who are in love with your reflection this place is definitely not for you. LOL"Low wage-we won't engage". Like many other reviews mentioned customer service is a joke. But for the money they pay to the employees we shall be thankful they at least show up to work. My visit was 1/5/22 around lunchtime. I had a question about how people with disability may access the 2nd floor since no elevator was observed. A college-aged girl with curly hair immediately cut me off and told me to wait till she will finish her personal conversation on the cell phone. At this point, I left with a bad impression.Overall I would recommend this location for an occasional visit but it is far away to be called your preferred club.

Limited equipment compared to other la fitnesses or whatever they are called now. Only one squat rack and weight/rower. Pool is clean though and sauna is nice. Movies are way too loud in the movie room. Boxing bag is in a weird spot but glad they have it.

If I could do zero stars I would company refused a refund after a mistake on their behalf. Canceled membership back in October and was billed ever since even after cancellation and being out of country. Called two locations both ride over the phone. Won't be attending another ESPORTA and definitely don't recommend.

Great atmosphere. Some old equipment and some outdated equipment but has that great gym feel from the old days. Definitely can get your workout on here. They also have an indoor track! Sauna smells thou

Good equipment, the environmental specialist is always cleaning. The environment is typically peaceful. Only issue is people re-racking their weights

Staff is not friendly, hardly ever say anything to you when you come in and out. But the worst is the smell coming from the upstairs bathroom, it’s repulsive, it smells like sewage. The main ones smell pretty bad too.

The customer service at this location is completely horrible! I’ve been a member for months and I have not once been greeted by the desk staff upon arrival or when exiting. Even with the rotation of staff, each visit the staff are either on their phone, talking amongst themselves, or otherwise distracted. When I finally requested to speak to a manager, the desk associate Liz called Drew, General Manager, and I heard her ask him for office hours in regard to my complaint. However, once I called for Drew in the morning, he was occupied and I was told I would receive a call back that day. Since he was busy, I spoke to the Operations Manager, Jennifer, who heard my complaint and said the front desk behavior was not policy and that she would talk to her associates. That same night when I came in the two staff did not greet me again! So much for them getting a talking to from the manager! I also never received a call back from Drew, who was aware of the serious nature of my complaint the day before and when I spoke to Jennifer. I do not at all appreciate paying for a service just to be ignored and treated with no hospitality. At least they greet their members at Planet Fitness! I will be cancelling my membership and changing gym locations due to this horrible customer service.

Service could be better. Everytime I go to the gym the trainers always standing at front desk. How would they know if anyone is having a problem with the equipment or have a question. Would they have to not workout because they have to leave.
