The focused Myofascial Release therapy from Tammy Grimes has been amazing at breaking up adhesions and softening up scar tissues giving me reduced pain in my hip with improved range of motion.
Tiffany works wonders! I had severe shoulder pain and had been going to a chiropractor for several months without relief. After a couple visits with Tiffany my pain went from a 9 to a 1! Now I maintain monthly visits and experience little to no pain! Highly recommend Tiffany!! Wish I would've found her years ago instead of spending 10+ years in pain!
