I recently hired JM Mechanical to install an entire new furnace into my home after my old unit was requiring a $1,000 part needed to repair. The old unit was about 16 years old and was slowly becoming a money pit for repairs year over year. After speaking with the lead technician and the owner of the company it made more sense to install a new and more reliable and efficient unit for my family so we weren't trapped without heat the following winters to come.

James H. and Jeff F. were prompt as per usual this morning and gave prior notification via text messaging that they were on their way . We have nothing but nice things to say about this company. They are always clear and concise on the course of action necessary to fix the problem (s). Every time we have used J.M. Mechanicals we have been treated with the utmost respect and have never talked down to us like some other companies have done .
They installed a new heat pump for us today and we couldn't be happier with the results .They were fast and efficient in every way and we will continue to use them on any of our future needs .

Sean did an amazing job! He was patient and personable. What a wonderful representative for JM Mechanical. Today, training was taking place and everyone polite and still didn't take very long.
