Starting with the receptionist, service guys, Bill the salesman understood our needs. We purchased a furnace and air conditioner. Zac the installer and his helpers were flawless and timely and held the highest regards to our dogs and home. I highly recommend Hauser Air!

Our 6 month old HVAC system was hit by a power surge due to a driver hitting a utility pole. The accident caused a power outage and the loss of our air conditioning. We ended up being without AC for almost 5 days in July. To make matters worse, we’re in the process of moving and really couldn’t leave the house as we needed to continue packing.
First, the technicians earned five stars. They were responsive, polite and clearly communicated with us.
Secondly, because we had such a hard time getting hold of humans within Hauser, my husband visited their office in Blue Ash and met with the very responsive manager.... read full review
