Max Grey our Empire Rep was vey knowledgeable about the product offerings we were interested, the process, made suggestions, helpful with the application process , plus answering questions even if they were repeats making sure we understand everything.
Our Flooring Consultant, Gary Matthews, was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive as he helped us plan our wood and carpet installation. He took the time to walk us through all our options and was especially knowledgeable about how to choose between different grades of carpet and wood finishes. Gary also went above and beyond to find solutions that worked best for us in terms of scheduling and budget.
