Shawn was fantastic, and not talking about myself the Empir Salesman was awesome, i cant wait yo see how it turns out. Shawn was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and looks. He had every option to see the varieties that i liked best thanks Empireis a great company, that is definitely taking there business serious, and most competitive in every way possible! Give them a look for yourself before any Hardware store!
Great way to shop for flooring. Didn’t have to leave home and it allowed me to see it in my space and lighting. Plenty of choices and price points. And William our consultant was a pleasure. Took two hours from start to signed contract and we got all the discounts applied. Saved over $10K. Carpet is not in yet so I’ll update you on that. But the shopping at home experience was great.
Hannah was delayed, but called and communicated her timing. She was polite and honest. I am waiting for 2 more quotes, but very pleased with her explanation and details of process and product availability.
