The carpet we purchased from Ultimate Flooring is nice but not what I expected. We were told that liquid wouldn't soak in. However we now have a stain from our dog that I was told all I had to do was soak it up with a towel. Well not true. And now that the job is fully paid for, the owner doesn't remember us and doesn't return phone calls when I want to know what kind of cleaner to use. I wouldn't use them again.

Met their installer through fb marketplace, after our transaction (which had nothing to do with flooring) he showed me some of the carpet they had on hand. Extremely easy to work with, and they do great work.

Excellent Job, Responded Quickly, Installer was Nice, professional but down to Earth! Lady in office I believe is owner & Very Kind & Helpful! Did my Stairs, upstairs landing & hall w/in few days of Calling, & had in done in few hrs turned out excellent! You Might Pay a Few Bucks More Than Menards or Big Box place- but I'm a Firm believer in ya get what ya pay for, & Also love my City & do my Best 2Keep the Mom & Pop Business Alive!!. I'm Gonna Get my Bedroom done in a Month or 2 & U bet I'm Calling them!.
