A friend and I dropped in for an evening BJJ gi class after being in town from North Carolina for a work trip. The academy is very clean and everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The lead instructor, Sean Sutton, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and took extra time to explain nuances of techniques and show additional techniques to my less experienced friend. Really enjoyed training here! Will be back to train next time I'm in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great training environment!

Went for a free trial ju jistsu FTS class. Being in my 60s with no prior experience, I was taught basic maneuvers without being thrown to the wolves, so to speak. Learning how to roll and break your fall will prove beneficial. Enjoyable experience which I will sign up and explore further.
