This is the best place to take your cat or kitten--from Dr. Baxter to the assistants to every person who answers the phone. Everyone is sincerely kind and caring and want nothing more than the best for your cat or kitten. Dr. Baxter is thorough and knowledgable as a vetrinarian. I drive miles to go to this location. I highly recommend this practice.

I want to thank Dr. Baxter and all his staff for getting me in the same day I called with my fur baby Maverick who was a new patient. After calling Mason Family Pet Hospital, which is where he was an established patient and had received no return phone call after leaving several messages which has happened on numerous occasions, I called Cat Care Hospital and they were more than happy to work him in within the hour. Dr. Baxter had a calming affect on Maverick and was able to do what was necessary. I called on Monday as instructed to report no change in his condition and they immediately got him in that afternoon but unfortunately he was too sick and didn’t survive...read full review

The trust and love I have for the team is extraordinary. Any time I arrive without a doubt it’s always met with smiles and “ohh look how big they’ve gotten” or “look how handsome/pretty they are”. Allie at the front is always the sweetest and understanding of all kitty things embarrassing or not. Stacey is such a gem on how she handles the kitties. So gentle and with love even when my little evil Knievel wants to parkour off of her. Dr. Vazquez is definitely the most fantastic vet I have had for my kitties. Her being so gentle, having the thoroughness she does, and education. The way she explains to make sure her patients understand all the big scary words....read full review
