Garbage product pool pump broke 1 month after extended warranty and no help was told tough luck….

Ive been on hold for 67 mins. They do this all the time - they put you on hold in hopes that you will just hang up and go away. What a horrible way to run a business. And it works! after being on hold for so long, you just have to move on. Way to go and not honor warranty people! well done! Also, the girl that answers the phone sounds like her puppy just died.

I wish I could give negative stars!! Bought a brand new pool package that we put up 2 weeks ago. The filter gasket inside the filter head is messed up. Suppose to be a 2 year full warranty on the product but they tell us that the warranty is void because it didn’t leave the warehouse like that and a 2 year FULL warranty isn’t exactly correct. What a joke of a company and customer service. I will never order another product from them and if In The Swim doesn’t make this right I will make sure it’s known as well that this company is a rip off. $1,500 for junk. Update: In The Swim took it upon themselves to make it right. Pool works great now. Aquapro still a joke
