Had technician Shamar Hargrove come out to perform my yearly inspection, cleaning and maintenance included with my service plan. He has been out before and is always courteous, friendly and upmost professional. Great employee and representative for Airtron!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a well-deserved shout-out to an outstanding group of service technicians at Airtron. Gregory A. and Josh W. recently came out to replace a compressor that was only five years old, and their service exceeded expectations from start to finish. When my unit went down during a recent cold wave, Gregory came out immediately and stayed late into the night to ensure my emergency heat was up and running. Both Gregory and Josh later returned and worked an entire day to replace the compressor and restore my system to the way it was originally designed to operate.
