Had our Tuff Hot Tub for years. After shutting it down for the winter it had a leak. Ethan came out and made repair and checked everything out. We are back in business. Thank you Agean and Ethan.

Ethan was awesome! I actually found the problem my hot tube was experiencing started working properly. I had Ethan come anyway to fully check out. He put it through it paces and determined that some of the things he had me try looks like resolved the issues!!

My husband and I bought a Vita Prestige hot tub from Agean Bath and Spa in March 2026 at the Home Show. We feel the price was fair and the tub is higher end with comfortable seating and great jet configurations. The first tub when it arrive unfortunately had a cracked shell, but the install team, Malcolm, Justin and Trevor, did a great job calling the office, confirming the return and quickly taking the tub away. The office called me the next day and rescheduled the new tub delivery the next week. They just brought the new tub and installed it. Malcolm and Justin were very quick, thorough and helpful in installing and explaining maintenance. They are a great bunch... read full review
