We bought our original hot tub from Agean. The salesman was very informative as this was our first purchase. Recently we needed service in our hot tub. Ethan came out the same day. He was very polite, personable & he completed the work in under an hour.

Great company! Very knowledgeable helpful staff at the store and the technician who fixed our issue was Ethan who was a superstar, extremely kind, responsive, communicated with us well and fixed our issue!!!! The only place to buy a hot tub in Cincinnati!!
Ethan and Chris are amazing!!! The delivery had many unexpected issues but thanks to Chris and Ethan they were able to go of the way to get our swim spa set up asap. Works great for our daughter who is wheelchair bound to be able to exercise again. Thank you Agean!!!
