My husband has a standing appointment for therapeutic massage. (She is excellent BTW.) And her Clear My Head business is co-located there. I am a huge fan of those products. They work absolute wonders on sinus issues. My opinion is that they have relieved congestion and have cured several sinus infections. Try them!
What an amazing massage! I've had a few over the years, but there's always something not quite right: maybe not enough pressure (very common) or lots of pressure with no breaks. Brenda often got deep into my muscles, but the intense episodes were interspersed with firm, but not-so-intense interludes. I wouldn't change a thing about the massage. This was my first 90 minute massage, and I will probably continue to get the longer massages. I loved it!
Wow! What an amazing massage. I've had a few massages over the years, and this was the best by far. Brenda is a master at mixing more intense "hurts so good" moments (as she calls them) and less intense, but firm pressure. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my massage, and I'll definitely go back for another 90 minute session! I don't think I'll go anywhere else.
