Brought my son here for his first haircut today and Deana was so patient with him. I was able to make my appointment easily online and everything was very clean and professional. She even gave him a “My 1st Haircut” certificate that is signed and dated. She did a fantastic job, we will definitely be returning!

We were extremely pleased as first time customers! Made a last minute appointment online, and they only had one spot available. Called to cancel it since we needed little mans hair cut too, and she was so sweet and made time for my boyfriend and his son. The price was affordable, staff was so friendly and great with kids. And the cuts both came out great!

Wonderful at what she does but went the extra mile to get my two year old some ice cream from the place next door even though it wasn't open yet. Now that is service above and beyond you don't see too often these days. More likely in these type small towns (west Alexandria) where everyone I came into contact with this day was so nice and polite.
