BC installed 2 supporting beams that ran the length of my house from the basement side of the first floor in June '19. The idea was not to move the floors, but to support a section around the fireplace that has a dip. BC was paid $4800, an outrageous amount I've been told, by HAPCAP. In Nov '20, my daughter & I started noticing that the wooden floors were starting to creak & buckle. We were puzzled. Rude and unprofessional.
