Provided 24/7 care for my dad with dementia after discharge from Renaissance rehab. Caregivers were professional, capable, became like family. Great shift communication with fellow staff. Appreciated their reports to family through daily progress reports. Adapted well to new care plans as dad’s condition changed. Case manager Karen put together the perfect group for my dad. Cudos to Sonja, Jada, Justine, Aireal, and Gabriela.

Being in this field over 12 years I've worked for a few different good companies and my passion for this industry is very relevant. Having a family to provide for, it is very important to invest quality time prior to making any career move.
