I just finished my third visit with Jocelyn. She was recommended to me by my massage therapist. My initial complaint was hip pain, but in the process of resolving that I've seen improvements in other areas. My posture and physical alignment are straightening up and I can reach behind my back to hook my bra again (it's been years since I could do that). As a 'value add", she shares insights that have opened my eyes about some personal matters. I highly recommend this talented therapist!
I have taken classes from Jocelyn as well as received treatments from her. She is very knowledgeable about Myofascial Release and is intuitive as to what my body needs. Her classes are always informative and fun.
I really look forward to coming here for Jocelyn's myofacial release. I recommend all to try her out! I always leaving feeling MUCH better than when I came in. She is such a loving, good, caring person and really knows her stuff. She is also very patient and explains how/why it helps.
