“I am still in process of receiving PT at this facility. I already have spent over 2 months here. I am healing from surgery on my shoulder. Now I must start by saying,,, I HATE THE IDEA OF PHYSICAL THERAPY. I have seen my fair share of PT over my many years for various reasons. I have been treated poorly, ignored, prodded, poked and left on my own doing exercises not knowing if what I was doing was right, or for that matter watch my progression. With that being said,,, the therapist at MVHPT on Stroop Road are very professional, attentive, caring and genuinely concerned about your progression in healing. I have the same therapist everytime I go there so she knows exactly how I am feeling. She asks all the right questions, stays in the room and actually watches me. Listens to me. I have a very labor intensive job with heavy lifting and a lot of repetitive movements. My therapist, Jamie, has cleverly reconfigured some of the exercises to mimic exactly what I do at work so I will be ready when released to full duty. Now that, I say, is someone who does her job well. I also want to add that even on my cranky in pain down days the conversation is great, with laughter or common interest or current events. I guess the only downfall is, you lose count when exercising. But she watches, the job gets done and right. This is no assembly line shop. All the personnel including the receptionists are truly nice people. I recommend this place exclusively.“

No unnecessary treatments (ie.injections etc) were pushed on me. That tells me this dr looks at each patient individually and does what's best in each situation.
