“Dr Black identified that I some intense cervical and lumbar spine issues going on and entered the correct diagnostics and made the needed referral to the Mayfield clinic. Diagnostics were completed and I am currently receiving treatment from physical therapist at Dr. Black‘s office. Kelly and Kylie are awesome. I have also completed traction which was a big help. Their office is very accommodating and they have all needed resources that you could possibly need. Their nurse practitioner Allison provided some relief with a muscle relaxer that was super effective and also a steroid injection a couple different times to ensure that I remained functional. I would highly recommend this provider!!“
