I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after spending over $270 out of pocket and receiving zero accountability for a clear mistake, I feel the need to share my experience. I had my eye exam here two years ago and decided to return, only to find it’s now under new ownership. During the exam, I was asked twice which brand of contacts I wear, since they don’t carry them in-house. I gave the same brand I’ve always worn — the exact ones I got from this location previously and the Doc said it was fine and they could order them for me. I paid for both the exam and the contacts. When I picked them up, I realized at home they were the wrong ones. I called immediately — without opening the box — and the gentleman on the phone acted as if it was my mistake. They didn’t offer samples for me in the meantime, but agreed to order the correct ones. What they didn’t mention is that they’d be out of office the following week. So I had to wait two more weeks for the right lenses, wearing the same daily pair the entire time. When I finally went in to swap the unopened box, they tried to charge me another $65. After some back and forth, they said it was a $5 difference because the correct lenses cost more — again, their mistake, not mine. The only person who apologized was the woman who handles the contact and glasses orders — and she wasn’t even involved in the mistake. As someone who also works in a service-based industry, I’d never expect a client to pay for my error. I’d go out of my way to make it right. This was a very disappointing experience.

Normally I would, but they have refused to give me my prescription because it's old.....well it may be old but I can't see AT ALL...My you i have worn glasses everyday since I was nine years old...I am now 36 and doing without my glasses and can't see, killer headaches everyday...plus every other thing I can't do because I can't see! You really need to change hell through it straight out. Cause this is not patient care...not the BEST CARE MY EYES AND I DESEVRE

I'm a satisfied client. they are very comprehensive in giving correct assessment for corrective vision. most people believe you can grab glasses off store shelf like was wal mart and see fine. you cant. will cause degenerative eyes. vision care will make sure you have the correct lens to make sure you see clearly .
