If you are looking for a reliable place to have your car serviced and want peace of mind that the work is being done the right way I would suggest that you go anywhere, but not the Walmart service center in Wauseon, Ohio. I had my wife's car in for an oil change 3000 miles ago. Simple service you would think! Because of the current state of things during the Covid-19 pandemic I thought it best to do the oil change myself to maintain social distancing. The oil filter i pulled out looked like it had been in there for 6 oil change services, the cabin air filter of which i had paid for look like the same and they charged me for a rear wiper blade that was the wrong size... read full review

This Walmart seems to be going through many changes. They relocated many items in the grocery department and challenged me to navigate my course through the maze. Actually, it seems to be an improvement and more customer friendly. They still keep the lemon juice and some baking items in shelving too high. No problems though since other people are always helpful when needed. I still don't prefer their produce department no matter what day or time I am there. The local farmers markets will be ending soon and I'll have to decide if their produce improves or shop down the street. As Wal-Marts go, this is a pretty good one. Service is fast. Folks are polite/friendly/helpful.
