My computer crashed in Nov. 2020 and after calling ASUS I was reluctant to mailing them my device to fix. Finally after 4 months and asking where to take it locally, It was suggested to me to take it into A Gig Above in Wauseon to Mark and I’m so glad I did! He happened to be available to work on it the same day. He called me when it came to not having my original drive size in stock (which I didn’t need all of that original storage space anyways, what he had available is all the storage I need).
