I manage an apartment complex and one of our units experienced an unfortunate water leak causing significant damage. BluSky Restoration was recommended by a friend and I was immediately connected to Mike Stevens, Project Director for BluSky. He was professional, respectful, and very detailed in his approach. He kept the project moving and communicated with me every step of the way. Mike certainly knows this trade and has a keen eye for detail and customer obsession. I appreciate the hard work performed by Abby and Cristal as they inventoried the contents of our home. They were very accommodating for my wife and me as we navigated this difficult time in our lives.
I am so glad I was referred to BluSky when I found mold in my son's room. From the call to set up an appointment to the finished project, every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered without me ever feeling rushed. Mike was thorough in his assessment, both inside and out, explaining different possibilities before the wall was opened up. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process, working around changes in my schedule. This really frustrating situation was made better with the BluSky team. I will definitely use them again for any future renovations.
