It's a decent place to work out at. There's only one squat rack, and that same squat rack is the only place you can deadlift. There's two flat benches and one incline bench. They do have machines for those who are interested, for all the major muscle groups. There's also a pool and locker rooms. Other than that, that's it.
Usually there's not too many people here, but they could go with buying another squat rack

Great staff who are very welcoming. Great variety of exercise equipment. Always someone available to assist you in an endeavor. Pool is nice. Many classes available. The personal traimers are well trained. Ryan does a great job overseeing many facets of the facility.

I have been going to this YMCA since I was a kid. I worked here for many years as a lifeguard when I was in school as well. They have a variety of equipment to use, a lap pool and therapy pool, gym and track. They have lots of classes to join as well. I also like that they have a place to drop off your kids while you're working out. The staff is always friendly, and I like being able to look online to see what is going on in each area so I can plan my visits.
