I give you two stars today because Maranda tried her best. I have never had a worse haircut. It took 2 hours to do also. It looks nothing like what I asked for. Their instructors were right on top of things telling her it looked good. ? I'm 67 years old and have never been sent home crying over a haircut until today. And to make matters worse they wanted me to come home and get used to it and come back and let them fix it. No thanks. And for me to make matters even more bad I'm on a fixed income I had to save my money to get a haircut.
I went to Creative Images in Centerville to get my nails done today by a girl name Trinity. She’s a very good good Nail Tech/Student. Her work is neat& she got a very sweet personality. Everybody in there was very nice. Brandy was Awesome too! I’ll be going back there for a fill in& Pedicure in 3 weeks

Hannah trimmednand put partial highlights in my hair. She did an amazing job! The best I've ever had! I think I found my new hairstylist. Ask for Hannah for color. She is very passionate about what she does.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had healthy, long hair and just wanted a wash and silk press and not sure what my hair was washed with, but now hair is totally damaged and has fallen out. Do not recommend at all the educator on evening shift

The admissions rep Kehlani is extremely unprofessional and made homophobic remarks to my partner and I when I went in for a meeting to see if I wanted to attend the school. Not only that but she had something to say about my finances and if I’d be able to afford the school. I will be contacting the state board and the director of this location about this. I have been a student at the Aveda institute in Columbus and was NEVER treated this way. I will never be a student here nor have or refer anyone to have services or get educated here. Such a disappointment.

I know it's a school but I had my nails done with an acrylic overlay Friday 11. it's only Sunday 8/13 and 4 have come off.I usually use the Poe Ave location and have never had this happen.I am so disappointed at the wasted time & $$.

if i could give zero stars i would. i didn’t even get to get my hair done but i’m glad i didn’t. from the moment i walked in i had a bad feeling, the young lady named ari about to do my hair didn’t even bother to smile, introduce herself etc. she seemed annoyed at the fact she even had to do my perm. her instructor miss lynda i believe is her name, also didn’t have a friendly attitude, was suppose to be conducting a consolation but failed to even ask at all what i was wanting done, not to mention they couldn’t even tell me the size of the rod they would be using. i felt very uncomfortable in this salon and was relived when i was told they didn’t have enough rods to do my hair. when i called back to speak with a manager to get the names of the ladies and explained my frustrations of what just happened, all the has to say back was, “okay, thank you” not an apology at all for the service on behalf of her employees. i would not recommend coming here at all. they don’t know what they’re doing and have terrible service.

Educators are rude and overwork students wouldn't recommend this place to anyone really bad team of people overall.wouldnt waste my time or money on a place like this
