I brought my daughter (8) and her bestie (also 8) here to get kids manicures. I wish I could remember the names of the lady and man who did their nails. They did such a great job and made the experience so much fun 🫶🏻 I will definitely be back!
I went there for a perm and the girl who did my perm did really great! She’s learning and I completely understand that. She was super talkative and knew how to engage with her clients. I would totally go to that girl when she got out of beauty school! The reason I’m giving this a three star is because the instructor that was there was nit engaging with her students. And when I got my perm, I felt like I had to help the student know what to do a little bit here and there because the instructor either was nowhere to be found or not engaging at all with the students. I give you two stars today because Maranda tried her best. I have never had a worse haircut. It took 2 hours to do also. It looks nothing like what I asked for. Their instructors were right on top of things telling her it looked good. ? I'm 67 years old and have never been sent home crying over a haircut until today. And to make matters worse they wanted me to come home and get used to it and come back and let them fix it. No thanks. And for me to make matters even more bad I'm on a fixed income I had to save my money to get a haircut.
