They close at 4 but the lady is standing outside at 15 min til smoking a cigarette and instead of cutting her smoke break short and letting me tan she wouldn’t let me go in when the bed only takes 10 min! Rudeeeee!

Today’s visit was the first time I have ever felt disrespected as a customer. To off the clock employees came in, went directly behind the counter, signed themselves into beds while paying customers were waiting and already signed in on the waiting list. I’ve never seen anything like that happen here before I don’t believe that’s how you treat Customers. employees should not be allowed to come in on their off time and just jump the line. It was two separate girls that did this today

These beds are out of date and over priced. Go to Palm Beach Tan for those prices and better beds.

One of the two higher end beds are always broken. It takes weeks to get fixed and once it does, the other bed breaks. It's a revolving cycle all year long. Updated 2/25 - 1 of the two 600 beds has been out of order for over a week (again). Still charging full price for packages but customers are getting half of what they're paying for.

they locked me in the tanning bed, so i flew to africa and stole a rhino came back and watched the kangaroos box so thats why i really enjoyed this kfc
