My husband and I have been to Virginia Tile a couple times for various house projects. Always walked away unimpressed. Last time we went we were greeted and helped by Alex. I immediately loved everything about her! She was so friendly and beyond helpful. She made our whole experience so much easier, as tile shopping can be quite overwhelming. Never did I think we would have everything figured out in one day. She even reached out to our contractor and made sure we had everything we needed. Alex is a true gem and Virginia Tile is super lucky to have someone as amazing as she is!

I visited the Warrensville Heights showroom today looking for tile for my master bathroom floor and shower. Lolita help me pick some great tiles and made the experience enjoyable and productive. She even let me borrow some tile to show my wife who couldn’t make it to the showroom today. Thank you, Lolita!
