The people at Maya are amazing. When my adult autistic son was ready to live away from home, Maya helped us gently through the process. We had meetings and house visits. Then they provided a few months of respite services so we could really get to know them, and they got to know my son. They were part of moving day, and have been his constant companions since.
We visit often and whenever we want. They communicate wonderfully. They handle each new challenge with grace and always include us. They feel like family, and have made our son's house feel like a home.
