“When I was was mad I said they were totally irresponsible. They put up a warped fascia board last summer, leaving a 1" gap in some places. They sent a guy out to try caulking it but it was too wide to do that. They said they'd redo it, but five months and several phone calls later, nothing has been done. Edit December 8th. It took some talking but Tony finally got someone out to work on it. It turns out that we actually would have needed a more extensive (and expensive) repair, but the first crew just put up a board and left and didn't say anything. The guy that came yesterday worked on it, explained it well, and doctored it up to where it's acceptable. I imagine they usually do ok, I had bad luck.”
