The service they provide is top notch! Very easy to book a cleaning, they called me the day before with a time they would arrive which also served as a reminder and the technician called while on the way so I could get to the house. Shawn and his partner were very professional but also personable and really nice guys. The carpet they cleaned was older and tired (frankly I thought should be replaced) but they brought it back to life and it looks great again. If you’re reading reviews do yourself a favor and just book these guys, you will be happy.

So appreciative of John and his team for cleaning my 8x10 area rug. I have a rather thick area rug that has a pad in the middle and after a year of having two senior dogs and then a puppy it was in pretty bad shape and needed a professional cleaning. It was a difficult job no doubt and you can tell how much care he took. Before dropping it off I was considering throwing it away, but I’m so glad I didn’t. Hopefully I can use it for another year or so and after inquiring he even offered me recommendations for material type when I do choose to replace the rug. I'm very satisfied with the carpet cleaning they have done in my home for many years. All the staff are extremely personable and have a great work ethic. I call no one else to clean my carpets.
