Dr. Holly and every single member of her staff are, without exaggeration, the kindest and most compassionate veterinary team I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine warmth, patience, and respect — not just as a client, but as someone who deeply loves their pet.
Dr. Holly takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel confident and supported in every decision. Her care is thoughtful, thorough, and clearly driven by a real love for animals. The staff reflects that same energy — calm, caring, and incredibly attentive, even during stressful or emotional visits.
It’s rare to find a practice where you feel both professionally cared for and personally understood, but Champion Animal Hospital consistently delivers that. I trust them completely with my pet’s health and couldn’t recommend them more highly. If you’re looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place.

Maybe bc it was during a time when you stayed in your car and tech would come and get your pet and returned with prescription, directions and what doc found. You don't see or talk to doctor. Noted one of prescriptions was for Aproquel, spelled wrong. Anyways, I came home read up on it. It's like once you start you don't stop. Had scary side effects. I'm on limited income the pills were going p$2.00 ea twice a day. It was a pill I would not have even started. I feel that when a prescription has some life threatening side effects and you're to continue for dogs lifetime. Also in time it doesn't work and comes back with a vengeance. I believe this should have had been explained by the doctor and me before giving out the prescription.

My one and only veterinary office (except, unfortunately, when we lived out of state)...we've been taking our pets here since the 90s and I don't have one negative thing to report. From bringing our first dog back from the dead with cushings to end of life care, to allergy treatments...The entire staff are all caring and Dr. Holly is a true healer. Now that we are back in Ohio we'll never go anywhere else. The are like family to me.

I tried for weeks to get my rehomed dogs paperwork so that I could get him seen at my vet.
I called and asked them to send the information to my vets office on 3 separate occasions. Each time they said they would send it over, and never did. I had to drive 35 minutes out to ask them in person, where they were incredibly rude and tried to tell me they can't just release vet records. They said they can "only be sent vet to vet, like a doctor's office." which makes absolutely no sense, because a patient can absolutely ask for their own records. And what, is the dog supposed to ask for his own records? No, just like a child, a parent or owner in this case would ask for the vet records. They claimed to have sent the vet records over already.
I got into my car and called my current (amazing) vet office and told them everything Champion vet told me, and they straight up told me that makes no sense, because as soon if they do get the vet records as soon as I come in for my dogs appointment they're going to hand me all of his vet records anyways. I was on the phone with my vet as they searched through months of emails and spam folders trying to find the vet records Champion claimed to send over. I was on the phone for about ten minutes, and I told them not to worry about it it isn't their fault, and just as I was about to get off the phone they finally got the email from Champion with the vet records in them.
I haven't been to Champion for vet work and I definitely never will. From my experience the office staff is rude and not helpful. They might be great if you never want your dogs actual vet records.

This office never answers their phone. I’m always put on hold immediately when I call and when my dog was sick recently I called this office all day long. No one ever answered and I even held for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. They took good care of my animals, and the staff was always friendly. I really did not want to switch, but I need someone to answer their phone.
