The best dry cleaner! Professional, polite staff. I had a comforter that looked better after they cleaned it than it did new. Believe it or not. I’m fussy and they never disappoint!

I drop off my husband’s work pants here weekly. The owners and staff are always extremely friendly and my dry cleaning is ready for pickup quickly. I like that they send you a text when your items are ready for pickup…which is usually before they tell you they’ll be done. Prior to them moving to Howland, I went to other cleaners and Blue Ribbon is by far the best, the fastest, and the friendliest. I’ve never had an issue! They’re the only dry cleaners I’ll use and I recommend them to everyone.

Blue Ribbon, especially the Warren Location, are some of the BEST people to work with. We have a charity that they have stepped up to clean coats for, and did it for FREE as an act of kindness. Why does this matter? Because they are giving back right here in their communities. They aren't a corporate chain that doesn't know you from an account number, they are local neighbors with hearts and happy smiles.
