This studio gem is amazing! I purchased a month pass to try out a variety of classes. Gotta say, they are all fabulous! The instructors are by far the best I've ever experienced. Their passion and desire to promote health, positive attitude and energy comes through from beginning to end of class. I'm so excited to establish a favorite and routine schedule in the spirit of wellness with Roots Yoga!

I have been to quite a few yoga studios over the course of my life or yoga classes just within the gym that I was subscribed to. Within minutes of walking into Roots Yoga I could tell that it was different, yes I understand that sounds cliche, but walk in those doors for your first class and you'll understand what I mean. I was greeted by the owner who Is incredibly warm, I told her of my reservations and anxieties about being in a new place and not an expert at yoga. She dropped what she was doing and took the time to go through the building with me easing every nervous thought I had. She ensured I felt safe and comfortable.
