Recently finished my home on Hartman Road in Wadsworth. I made a very big investment in this house at a very sensitive time (coming out of COVID and headed towards high inflation). Not only did Modern Home Concepts fight through supply issues and uncertainties, but they did so while maintaining a high end product. There are probably cheaper home builders out there, but there are also cheaper products out there. No corners were cut. I would highly recommend Mike and Sherri (Modern Home Concepts) to the people around me, including family.
