There was no heat in the new house. Chad showed up on time, and realized that the gas had been turned off mistakenly when the house was inspected. He turned it back on and gave me some additional pointers about the gas piping. I immediately signed up for annual maintenance by Kimmel. Very thankful, and great service!

Woke up today (Sunday) with no heat. Called Kimmel in the morning - they picked up on the second ring and had someone over to our house within two hours! Josh was great and quickly fixed what was wrong. Great experience and great customer service!
