They were able to access my system remotely, fixed the problem quickly and installed a security program. It was done within 30 minutes, the tech who helped was patient and understanding. Asked about cost and told it would be sent. Today the bill arrived, completely amazed at the more than reasonable cost. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen and will always use them on a computer issue.“
