Excellent quality! Excellent customer service! They just finished my brother's stone. I received many compliments on the stone. I bought my husband and my stone there. And my mom bought the headstone for my dad and her. We had trouble with the cemetery where they plowed snow and knocked the stone off the foundation. The cemetery said they could fix it, but my mom would have to pay for it. They should have paid for the cost as they did the damage. My mom called Edwin Nickol Monument to see about the pricing and explained what happened. Edwin Nickol Monument said they would fix it with no cost to my mom. These guys are awesome. Due to Covid the granite took a little while to come in but they were able to get the tombstone to my dads grave yesterday on his birthday and even installed it in the pouring rain because I wanted it there for his birthday so we could set balloons since it’s his first birthday since he’s been gone. I’m beyond grateful for that and I couldn’t thank you guys enough. The tombstone looked amazing and had every small detail I wanted on it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Recently I contacted Nickol Monuments regarding the purchase and installation of a grave marker for a friend whose grandmother died 3 years ago. While I was born in nearby Hamilton 69 years ago I have lived in Florida for most of them. I reached out to Pam and her brother Gary, owners of Nickol Monuments, both of whom could not have been kinder, more supportive and professional.Their regard and attention to my request were immediately evident to me.
