I went there to get a perm I was told he was good. But then I shortly realized he didn’t rlly know what he was doing the should be retired, he combed my perm curls out before they set he put way to much heat on my hair etc. he then cut my hair (layered it without permission) my hair was long thick beautiful now It’s see thru up past my shoulders and fried. He did not know what he was doing and to the person who told me he was good I lied.
