“While on vacation in Vermilion a recent root canal treatement I had by another DDS led to infection, swelling and intense pain. My DDS was unreachable and when I called Dr. Susko’s office, I was told to come in ASAP. They had a full schedule, especially being a holiday weekend, but they would work me into the schedule. In less than 20 minutes they had gotten me into X-ray and Dr. Kyle was reviewing the results and options with me. I had developed a bad infection and needed to have the root canal retreated as soon as possible by an endontist. Being a holiday weekend, finding one with an opening was quite a challenge. Dr. Kyle and his team were on the phone calling multiple specialists in an effort to get me an appointment that day. Thanks to them, I was able to get treatement that day and what a relief. I’ve never experienced such care and concern from a medical professional in my life and am grateful. Talk about going above and beyond! Highly recommend.“
