Completely recommend. KC went out of his way for a last minute evening appointment after another company cancelled at the last minutes. Super friendly. Quick, accurate diagnosis and replacement of a bad smart thermostat. No upselling for the replacement. The price was half of what I thought it would be. Definitely will use again for other services as well. A+
