Advantage Plumbing Heating & Air was contacted by our home warranty company (Advantage Home Warranty) to service our furnace when it went out on the first snowy day of the season. Bob arrived within the window provided. He was courteous, even putting on shoe covers upon entering our home. He found and addressed the issue quickly, and went above & beyond by cleaning the flame sensor and providing valuable knowledge/taking measurements for a quote due to age of our system and the inevitable future of needing a new system soon (but hopefully not too soon)!
