Took my Range Rover Velar to Platinum Auto Detailers on April 22, 2024 to have ceramic coating and ppf on the front of the vehicle. AJ was very friendly and accommodating. The first thing was that it took longer than initially stated, which I understand that things happen. I was pleased with the job but had to bring it back a week later to do the interior detail. When I picked it up my brother saw the car and said, “ I thought they detailed it.” The outside of the car was dusty and the windows weren’t clean. We met with AJ after hours to discuss detail options on our new 300 C. He showed us other vehicles being detailed, and provided his recommendations for our car but never pressured us to make a decision. He was very courteous and patient as he explained the different options available to protect our investment. We were able to get scheduled quickly, and we left our car in his hands on a Friday afternoon. A week later we arrived to pick up our Black Beauty, aka Purr Cat; We were blown away by the work AJ and his team performed. Brought in my two vehicles for an interior/exterior detail on a bit of a time crunch. AJ was able to fit them in on short notice and his team did a great job on the detail. Jeep had an odor from an ice bag leaking into the seat that I was concerned about and they were able to completely remove the odor. Very pleased with the work done.
